Delete your account

The delete-account button lives inside the Hurr app on your phone, not on this website. This page shows you exactly where it is, what it removes, and what you still need to cancel yourself.

How to delete your account from inside the app

  1. Open the Hurr app on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose "Account".
  4. Tap "Delete account".
  5. Confirm when the confirmation dialog appears.

What is deleted

Once you confirm, the following data is removed from our servers within seven business days at most:

  • Your sign-in account (Google email and the linked Firebase UID).
  • Your synced block lists (apps, websites, and keywords).
  • The Focus schedules you created.
  • Your general settings, block-screen settings, and hashed PIN.
  • The link between your account and your RevenueCat subscription record.

What is not deleted automatically

Deleting your account does not cancel your Hurr Premium subscription. The subscription is billed by Google Play, not by our servers, so we cannot stop it from our side.

  • Your Hurr Premium subscription keeps auto-renewing until you cancel it on Google Play yourself.
  • Your purchase history on your Google Play account stays with Google, not with us.
